Rissi Palmer’s gift lies in reaching across all musical boundaries. While she made her mark in Country Music, she is equally at home in R&B music, bringing the entire spectrum of popular music to bear on music she calls “Southern Soul.” Palmer debuted in 2007 with the single “Country Girl”, which made her the first African-American woman to chart a country song since Dona Mason in 1987. A few highlights throughout her musical career include performances at The White House, New York’s Lincoln Center and multiple appearances on the Grand Ole Opry.

KD Groove Alliance is a 7-piece soulful, bluesy rock band from Asheville, NC. The band was formed in 2022 by Kevin Dolan with a desire to create great original music. The band members have known each other for years through various musical projects in the Western NC area. Their unique brand of music fuses groove and musicianship with heartfelt, and sometimes humorous lyrics, to create a sound that will make you want to tap your feet.
